School Presentation: Common Inquiries
Once our team arrives, setup and takedown can be completed in 15 minutes. Having the area clear and access gates open helps. We bring power cords and electric generators if needed.
Each show runs 40 minutes, with anti-bullying and character messages woven across multiple segments. Each additional assembly is $200 for larger schools.
We're comfortable with up to 600 students per show - 300 on each side. Some California schools split grades into multiple sessions; our announcer adjusts messaging by age group.
A hard surface like pavement or concrete is ideal. The preferred area is 40 by 120 feet - similar to a basketball court. We can work around minor cracks. Send photos if you're unsure.
We cannot perform in rain due to rider safety. We can reschedule or move indoors - cafeteria or gym works. Rescheduling within the same district is always a priority.
