We are very comfortable with 600 people in one school assembly. 300 on each side. However, some schools will split lower grades into two assemblies because of age difference. The announcer can adjust the messages based on age differences. Each additional assembly is $200.

Once our team arrives, setup and takedown can be completed in 15 minutes. Having the area clear and access gates open helps. A power cord extended out is helpful but our team brings power cords and electric generators.

Yes! We ensure all paperwork is handled quickly to avoid delays. If you provide a contact for purchase orders, we can manage the processing for you.

Schools choose what's appropriate. Most schools have students sit on the pavement, while others bring chairs. Photos of seating arrangements are available on our website.

We recommend leaving about 20 minutes between assemblies for students to clear and prepare for the next group.

YES! If you send us photos, testimonials, or videos of your assembly, we will create a FREE webpage for your school's social media or website.

We cannot perform in rain due to safety concerns. We can reschedule or move indoors, such as into a cafeteria or gym. Rescheduling within the same district is a priority for us.

Our assemblies include professional sound systems and power cord extensions. We only need a power source within 150 feet if available.

Yes! Our riders perform at over 3,000 schools, delivering strong anti-bullying messages.

Our anti-bullying assemblies are 40 minutes long, with messages shared in segments.

Students typically sit on both sides of the performance area, similar to a basketball or tennis match. Sitting is encouraged to avoid fatigue from standing.

A hard surface like pavement or concrete is ideal. The preferred size is 40 by 120 feet, similar to a basketball court.

Yes!! You can request a date without commitment. Cancellation is possible until we confirm the booking.

An invoice serves as a contract upon approval. Additional contracts with signatures can be requested.

We prefer hard surfaces like concrete or pavement. Grass is less ideal, but we can perform in a "must do" situation.

Yes! We frequently participate in tobacco, vape, and drug awareness campaigns, including the T.U.P.E. program in California.

BMX Freestylers brought a very powerful message to our students in their own cool way! Our Hansen students were super excited to see the stunts especially the ones which involved their teachers. Thank you BMX Freestylers!
